Invitation Letter for participants from China

 

We will send the Invitation Letter both electronically and by post automatically for all China participants, when their abstract/paper will be accepted. Participants from China do not need to contact Prof. Das individually.

Our conference is located at Pullman Auckland Hotel. The hotel offers ICCM2015 participants:

1) Superior Twin Room (two Singled Beds for two adults) NZD185.00 per night

2) Superior King Room (one king bed for two adults) NZD185.00 per night

3) Executive King Suite (one king bed for two adults) NZD235.00 per night

Rates are inclusive of GST (15%), Wi-Fi internet, newspaper and access to the Health Club and Spa. Breakfast is available for an additional $25.00 per day.

After submission, if you want to change track number please email Ms. Joanne Wang at iccmdesk@gmail.com, and indicate the submission ID number and the new track number.

If you want to revise abstract/paper, please send the revised abstract/paper in PDF format to Ms. Joanne Wang at iccmdesk@gmail.com, and indicate the submission ID number.

If you want all the authors' names to be included in the Author Index in the Proceedings, please go to "Summary", choose "Edit Metadata", and then "Add Author".

Invitation Letter for Visa Application

 
Participants from many countries do not need a visa to New Zealand. Please contact the New Zealand embassy at your country (or simply visit their website Visiting New Zealand) for the policy.  If you do need a visa, and an Invitation Letter for your visa application, you need to email ICCM2015 Chairman Prof. Raj Das at r.das@auckland.ac.nz. Please provide the following information to Prof. Das:

Passport no  (if they wish to be included)

Paper ID:

Please also indicate if you need a letter in PDF version or by post.
