Although the payment can be made after May 31st 2016, a manual registration must be done (by signing a Registration Form and emailing it to Conference Manager at iccmdesk@gmail.com) before June 15th 2016 with a promise to pay later but before August 4th 2016, so that the presentation of the paper can be scheduled. This is to eliminate no-show presentations. The system will not schedule any presentation for un-registered presenters. The conference will bill the registered no-show presenters after the conference.
