Policies:
1) Payment is made via PayPal (where you can use major Credit Cards or Debit Card). Refund policy: Before 16th June 2014: 60% will be refunded minus the handling fees; after 16th June 2014, no refund, regardless the reasons. Please state your Abstract ID at the "Special Requests" of this page. If paying by other people, please state the Sender's name (Bank card's name) and your Abstract ID at the "Special Requests".
2) The full registration fee (of delegates and students) includes:
- Full access to the congress sessions;
- Technical program;
- Online access of congress proceedings of abstracts and full papers;
- Refreshments during the conference breaks;
- Standing finger buffet lunches;
- High speed broadband;
- Congress banquet.
3) Optional items:
- One full registration fee entitles one presentation. Additional presentations carry an additional charge of US$320 per presentation.
- The charge for non-participants to publish papers (abstracts) in the conference website: US$300 per paper (or abstract).
- Spouse (of a Delegate or Student) participating full conference service including the refreshments, meals and banquet, but not presenting a paper: US$350.
- Banquet Ticket only for spouse is US$80.
Abstracts/papers published online will be openly accessible during the conference and for at least one year after the conference.

| Delegate (Busy-Bird) For delegates promising to pay after June 15th, online or onsite: Although the payment can be made after June 15th or onsite, a manual registration must be done (by signing a registration form and email it to Joanne at iccmdesk@gmail.com) before June 30th 2014 with a promise to pay later but before July 29th 2014, so that the presentation of the paper can be scheduled. This is to eliminate no-show presentations. The system will not schedule any presentation for un-registered presenters. The conference will bill the registered no-show presenters after the conference.
