Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

1. Please download the Abstract and Paper templates(with instructions) here.

2. Unzip it and use the templates to produce your abstract/paper following the instructions precisely.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. I have already registered (or created an account) as an Author (Otherwise, as only a reader, it is not possible to submit an abstract or paper. If your account is for as a reader, you need just to login and change your profile to become also an Author).
  2. Abstract: Enter your METADATA following exactly the instructions given in the website, and then type in your abstract in text format (or simply via copy & past). You may also choose to simply upload your abstract in pdf format as a short full-paper containing only the abstract (see below). Tlick here to confirm you are made know about this.
  3. Full-Paper: You may (optional) submit a full paper, by uploading the pdf file. You may also simply submit the pdf file of your abstract (or an extended abstract) in pdf.  The PDF files should be prepared following the template. The size of the file is limited at 5MB. Authors who submit to this conference agree to the following terms:
a) Authors retain copyright over their work, while allowing the conference to place this unpublished work under a Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to freely access, use, and share the work, with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and its initial presentation at this conference.
b) Authors are able to waive the terms of the CC license and enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution and subsequent publication of this work (e.g., publish a revised version in a journal, post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial presentation at this conference.
c) In addition, authors are encouraged to post and share their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) at any point before and after the conference.
