Policies:

1) Payment is made via PayPal (where you can use major Credit Cards or Debit Card). Refund policy: Before 15th June 2016: 60% will be refunded minus the handling fees; after 15th June 2016, no refund, regardless the reasons.

2) The full registration fee (of delegates and students) includes:

• Full access to the congress sessions;
• Technical program;
• Online access of congress proceedings of abstracts and full papers;
• Refreshments during the conference breaks;
• Reception;
• Standing finger buffet lunches;
• High speed broadband;
• Congress banquet.

3) Optional items:

• One full registration fee entitles one presentation. Additional presentations carry an additional charge of US$300 per presentation.
• The charge for non-participants to publish papers (abstracts) in the conference website: US$300 per paper (or abstract).
• Spouse (of a Delegate or Student) participating full conference service including the reception, refreshments, meals and banquet, but not presenting a paper: US$300.
• Banquet Ticket only for spouse is US$95.

4) One payment is for one Paper/Abstract ID. If you have more than one submissions, please state your Abstract ID which you paid for at the "Special Requests" of this page. If you are paid by other people, please state the Sender's name (Bank card's name) and your Abstract ID at the "Special Requests".

Abstracts/papers published online will be openly accessible during the conference and for at least one year after the conference.
